In order to improve our after-sales service and aware of the importance of being more responsive to customer needs, we are pleased to inform you that we have expanded our staff, thanks to the company’s growth over the past two years:
The dedicated after-sales staff now consists of:
– N. 1 after-sales manager
– N. 1 software developer
– N. 2 travel technicians for after-sales service.
Due to the difficult availability of manpower and specialised technicians, we have not been able to increase our staffing in the past years and we apologise for this.
We will soon further improve our after-sales service by also creating a dedicated website.
