We are pleased to present our latest product, the ISVE MH750 single-shaft shredder, designed to meet the needs of processing large-volume industrial waste. Ideal for PVC, wood, paper and extruded polymers, this machine stands out for its reliability, efficiency and optimised performance, guaranteeing excellent results in every application.
Main characteristics:
- Powerful drive system: Equipped with a 37 kW (50 HP) motor, the MH750 delivers tremendous power, ensuring effective shredding of even the toughest materials.
- Sturdy construction: The shredder is built with a steel frame and anti-vibration feet, providing stability during operation and resistance to heavy-duty work.
- Reversible tools: The rotor mounts 44 reversible tools, each with four usable sides, ensuring long life and high cutting performance.
- Versatile cutting chamber: With a material feed size of 240 x 550 mm, the MH750 is suitable for a wide range of materials. In addition, the interchangeable screen allows selection of the final size of the shredded material, up to Ø 40 mm.
- Efficient transmission: The belt drive system and high-efficiency motor ensure smooth operation, minimizing the risk of mechanical wear from rotor vibration.
- Safety: The shredder is equipped with an emergency stop system and a drawer reversal system to ensure maximum safety for the operator.
Advanced control system:
The MH750 is equipped with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC and a 6-inch colour touchscreen, allowing easy parameter adjustment and operation monitoring. The Auto Tuning function automatically adjusts settings according to the material being processed, optimising performance. The ISVE Maintenance Programme alerts operators when it is time for scheduled maintenance, ensuring a long shredder lifetime.
