Compared to traditional drying systems, ISVE Food systems provide numerous quantitative advantages (greater speed of the drying process, reduction of operating costs, reduction of storage volumes) and qualitative (maximum homogeneity of the final humidity, total absence of oxidative phenomena, maintenance of the organoleptic characteristics of the product, including aromatic substances, respect of nutritional values and of all thermolabile active principles).
