ISVE shredding systems.
The shredders, grinders, granulators and the wide range of Isve accessories provide production lines specific to the recovery, reuse or disposal of production waste.
As accomplishments stand the lines for shredding, separation, washing and drying of plastic materials from self-destruction, such as the recovery and separation line of car tyres` rubber. Production up to 1 t/h.
ISVE is capable of combining all the various types of grinders and granulators to obtain complete systems equipped with conveyer belts, iron removal systems, pneumatic handling and big-bag packaging systems.

Documents shredder
Shredding of paper documents documents: the shredding plant. ISVE has produced a special version for its range of Combined systems, dedicated to the shredding of paper documents. The documents shredder is characterised by the possibility of easily guaranteeing all 5 DIN types of destruction, from the coarsest to the finest, by means of simple adjustments. From the user’s point of view, all that is required is to fill the hopper and start the equipment (it is possible to tip whole boxes into the load unit). Paper shredding The documents shredder is responsible for the initial shredding of the paper, reducing the size to about 3-4 cm. The pre-shredded documents are unloaded into a high speed blade mill for final shredding.

Packagings elimination
Plant for separating prepacked liquid waste A new system to separate the liquid part from the packed bottles allowing the elimination of expired or defective packagings. ISVE has recently designed a plant to enable the separation of prepacked liquid waste. The classic application concerns companies whose main activity is bottling and packing of drinks, fruit juice, mineral water, etc. A loading belt transports the material into a four-shaft model 80/80E shredder. The machine will break the bottles, while a stainless steel mesh belt will separate the liquid part from the remaining material. Then PET parts or similar materials are then unloaded into Big-Bags, while liquids are roughly filtered and transported to the depuration plants. This system can treat up to

Line for bumpers
Line of shredders for bumpers ISVE’s line of shredders for bumpers was designed to satisfy the needs of small-medium size users interested in a complete and functional system with reduced investment costs. This solution was obtained without compromises through the automatic management of all components by means of a dedicated PLC. Bumpers are fed into the hopper of the 100100S 4-shaft shredder, which reduces them to pieces in sizes up to 30×30 mm. The neodymium deferrization system, connected to the shredder by a conveyor-belt, separates possible ferrous metals from the plastic, which is then conveyed to and shredded by the C40100-5K Cumberland granulator. The 10 mm ground material is sucked up, free of dust and automatically conveyed into collection big-bags.
