Model 25/66 has an approx. 250x660 mm. load door and is equipped with special conveyor disks besides the cutters.
This characteristic makes the machine highly versatile and enables it to shred many different materials.
The gear drive system has made it extremely reliable in particular during the shredding of the tougher materials.

Small to medium sized multipurpose machine suitable for shredding many different types of waste and non waste materials. It can be introduced into a line to operate in continuous working.
Recommended for shredding pieces of wood even large sized, rags, plastic, leather, small tyres paper, cardboard, packaging, polyethylene banding, plastic film, PET bottles etc.

Characteristics of shredder:
• Very thick welded sheet steel support;
• Support for barrel roller bearings with sealing system against dust and liquids;
• High thickness shafts with 13 special anti-wear steel cutters and 13 conveyor disk to facilitate gripping of bulky objects;
• New cutter teeth graduated arrangement at 22.5° for a better taking and cutter progress.
• N.1 epicyclic reduction gears with rotation axes parallel to the cutter axis;
• N.1 5,5 kW motors;
• Drive system in oil bath with steel gears and pinions;
• 250x660 mm. cutting chamber;
• Welded sheet metal hopper with sliding cover for front or top loading.
• Interchangeable screen determining the sizes of the shredded material;
• Base equipped with drawer connectable to the aspiration plant (wood sector) or no. 3 protection nets with frontal gate provided with security micro;
Characteristics of control system:
• Electrical board built according to CEE rules and provided with power limiting device inverting cutters motion in the case the working charge of the machine is higher than the programmed value;
• Main internal board for the control of all the plant peripheral units.
• Emergency control functions for stopping the plant in the case of accidental introduction of ferrous material.
• The production of shredded material varies according to the type of the items to be shredded and the size required. A production of between 80 to 150 Kg/h can be roughly estimated.
