The unit is made up of a model 80/80 D shredder group working in line with a GR 700 granulator.

Use notes:
Medium to large size multipurpose machine suitable for shredding many different types of waste and non waste materials. It can be introduced into a line to operate in continuous working.
Recommended for various different types of shredding where high productivity is required. Particularly useful for shredding wood for the production of chipboard, shredding rags, plastic, leather, tyres, paper, cardboard, packaging, polyethylene banding, plastic film, PET bottles, milk bottles, different types of containers, upholstery, bumpers, small trunks, tarpaulin, shells, compost, animal hooves etc.

The unit is made up of a model 80/80 D shredder group working in line with a GR 700 granulator.

Characteristics of shredder:
• Very thick welded sheet steel support;
• Support for barrel roller bearings with sealing system against dust and liquids;
• New high thickness shafts made in steel with strong flexibility resistance with 8 points starry profile;
• No. 52 anti-wear special steel cutters and 26 conveyor disk to facilitate gripping of bulky objects;
• New cutter teeth graduated arrangement at 22.5° for a better taking and cutter progress.
• 2 epicyclic reduction gears with rotation axes parallel to the cutter axis;
• 2 six poles 12 kW motors;
• Drive system in oil bath with steel gears and pinions.
• 1000x800 mm. cutting chamber.
• Welded sheet metal hopper with sliding cover for front or top loading.

Characteristics of granulator group:
• Steel case, very thick welded steel rotor holder structural work, equipped with an open central rotor with a diameter of 400 mm and working width of 700 mm with interchangeable and reliable high-alloy steel cutters.
• 400 x 700mm load door;
• Soundproofed housing chamber, equipped with door with safety for extracting the granulator group to facilitate the regular maintenance operations;
• Cutter disks group axially adjustable;
• Interchangeable screen for sizes up to 4 mm;
• Drive by means of high resistance trapezoidal belts on flywheel;
• 22 kW motor positioned on slide to better adjust the tension of the belts;
• The production of material in grain form varies in relation to the type of piece to be round and the size of the round items required. On an average it is possible to produce between 600 to 800 Kg per hour.
