A combined chopping and granulation system for directly grinding large volumes of plastic objects. This machine permits granules ranging from 4 to 8-10 mm, that can be re-used directly in the production cycle.
The chopping group with its 800 x 800 mm. mouth guarantees the picking and grinding of drums, vent blocks, risers, containers and thick bulky articles.

Use notes:
A highly multi purpose machine of average size, suitable for granulating numerous reject and other materials. It can be inserted in-line for continuous operation.
Recommended for finely grinding wood, plastic, paper, cardboard, packaging, polythene strips, plastic film. PET bottles, waxed sheets, shells, bumpers, animal hoofs, etc.

The production of chopped material varies in relation to the type of pieces to be chopped and the desired granule size. Roughly, production of 450-600 Kg/hour is realistic. Constructed to EU standards.
